The mission of Advanced Hospice Management as a company—as it relates to our clients—is to serve them in the best possible way that gives them predictable revenue so they can better serve their community. Our mission for our staff and our team is to give them a space to thrive, grow and learn while serving our clients and meeting that mission. We want to facilitate whatever training and resources we can provide to the team to get them into a place where they’re satisfied with the work that they do. We want everybody to be fulfilled, and we feel like we can do that. We can give them all the support and resources as a group.
